Hi, Thank you for the app honestly I love it, I’m crazy about sports but always struggle to train my body with consistency when I’m alone so this app is really ideal to just follow the recommanded program and exercices and keep you motivated with many différents activities. But I see something features that could be added and could benefit here are some exemples I have in mind based on my experiences : FREELECTICS IDEAS OF IMPROVEMENT Being able to go to next excercices with headphones button like forward and backward music Integration with Music app Integration with calendar and notification to remind you session ! Display next exercice bigger (when phone is on the floor and you’re a bit away on the Matt it’s not easy to follow) Display current série number/total number series Add muscular group category to => focus/exclude When choosing a future program when go to details being able to go back to program menu list Add a place to know the weight to use and register for future training => increase/decrease weight depending on difficulty type of excercice (force/HIIT) Add different level of difficulties video for stretching to help beginners Being able to exclude excercices / muscle group for injuries related Recommendations for reathletisation program after injury/surgery ? Add journal features : take pictures of yourself to see improvements per weeks Notebook to register feelings after session Being able to mesure/provide periodic physical weight/BMI/muscle weight update to see trend improvement Being able to put comments on excercices to keep a journal/record difficulties or achievements Being able to get periodic challenges to do against with friends (like Strava) Get journal with month/year end retrospectives
I can’t seem to find anywhere showing this one time purchase.
Pls not that it does not remind you when it renews !! I paid for years not knowing that it auto subscribed and only found out when I coincidentally saw it on my bank statement. It’s bad business practice but please take note of this so you don’t get scammed too !!
The app is not supporting Apple Watch anymore, which makes it difficult to follow the routines, extremely annoying for running programs. No notice was given, the app just disappeared from the watch.
I am unsure if I should give a 5 or 3 stars to the app. On the one hand, the app is great because it supports full AppleWatch workouts which allows me to leave the phone at home while I’m at the gym. On the other hand, AppleWatch support is subpar. The sync process is glitch, it takes a few tries to get my workout synced with the phone. After syncing, it’s another battle to move my next workout to the watch. It would be great if I could simply press a button on the phone and/or watch such that the completed workout would download and the new workout would upload. Improving the AppleWatch interface such that it feels invisible would grant this app 5 stars and make it less infuriating to use the app on a daily basis.
Tjen and Michael from Germany invited me to join their zoom workout. It keeps me disciplined and motivated. Enjoying this all largely because of the zoom workout

I have been using this app for years and still very happy to do it daily!
Fantastic app, I’m fitter now than I was at 18! Coach helps mix up the exercises to keep you balanced but not plateau. Prefer this to F45 or personal trainer at gym, convenient and easy to mix up. Compliment with running and a day of weighs and body fat halved in a year
