The app is so buggy, it keeps crashing while u are trying to open a category or make a booking. It's especially horrible with ios 16.. i used to love using this app but its so buggy i almost slammed my phone in a wall.. will be uninstalling

Good App, easy to use

I love glam factory, they are wonderful, will advise on style. Had my hair cut by Kurtis several times and I trust his advice.

Had this treatment with Rachel a few times and the treatment itself is painless and gives you instant results which is great, usually lasts a few months. Rachel is friendly but professional and always happy to see me and ensures I am comfortable before commencing treatment. Beau salon is a lovely venue where I usually have my treatment. Would highly recommend.

So annoying! Buggy app

Amazing hairdresser and amazing salon. I like to have my hair done from washing to drying by the same person, the service Lyds provides is second to none. Plus the best coffee. Highly recommend

No matter how many times I use this app it wants me to create a new account each time.

I couldn’t access the appt time option on my booking so I had to go back and try again - more than 20 attempts !! I selected the 2 services I wanted, the hairdresser and the date, but the system kept giving me one time slot option - 9am! I had to go back to previous pages and it immediately reverted to March but I wanted June so I’d to start all over again. Eventually the time slots drop down menu worked, and I could book my appt for 12.45, but the booking experience was very frustrating!!!
