The camera itself functions well, but the app is problematic and frustrating to use. Connecting the camera is a lengthy and difficult process, and once you succeed, the app begins bombarding your phone with spam messages and junk texts. It also sends numerous links, which raises significant privacy concerns. Using this camera in your home is not safe, as it could compromise your privacy. Be especially cautious to protect your phone from potential hacking.

I agree with the other reviewer. I feel like I have been ripped off. Please do not buy these cameras. You will regret it. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Got this as a Christmas gift and no matter how I try it won’t connect to the app. Instructions are very vague. Tried to contact seller and they’re no longer available on Amazon. I can’t even leave a review there.

There are no published privacy practices when you click the link, and they won’t let you activate the camera without providing your location, which is u necessary for the application. Frustrated that I wasted all this money for these cameras that I won’t be using.

Bought it without reading reviews. Instructions are non-existent! I am so sorry I bought this brand, Spy Focus. Some information is in Chinese. Don’t waste your money.

Does not work, will not connect to wifi, not worth the money, lack instructions and did not offer easy installation. Would not recommend at all!!

This camera and its software are completely junk.

I purchased the 3 package which is what I wanted Totally faults advertising. Not easy to install does not hold charge impossible to view as advertised I felt like I’ve been ripped off Said 30 day warranty what a joke it takes 30 days to get the garbage and that’s where they are going!!!

Thought I would be able to access cameras from my phone away from the house but you cannot. Did get them to work on site. We will see how long the battery lasts
