Followed the instructions provided. Still failed.

The app/qr code are useless and not finctioning. Cannt even coonect to device and device cannot even connet to wifi. Waste of money.

The original was lame but better than the current version. The update does nothing but pop up ads. Cant even connect direct to the device. Frustrating!

Cant connect to wifi and if i try adding it online, the app turns black and closes

At first it was working however it suddenly stop connecting after 2weeks and our wifi is excellently working. So what is the problem.hope this will fix soon .ai just bought 3 cctv, hope it will not ho in waste. Thank you.

Camera is a bunk! Will not connect to phone app . Bought 4 Just write sucker on my forehead!

I’m having the same experience that another reviewer reported: camera needs to be recharged every day, goes offline overnight due to losing the charge. I bought 4 of them. Gave the there to family. I’m waiting to see if they have the same experience. Do NOT RECOMMEND & would NOT buy again!

It works just fine. No complaints
