Was working well. Now, can not access the inverter daily data

Had to try more than ten times to login

The app generally has performed ok. There are common glitches but it mostly does the job. However, since the last update I can no longer log in at all. The app is stuck in a loop which keeps asking me to accept the privacy conditions. No amount of accepting or deleting the app have fixed the issue. It has gone from average to non functional.

App works well and as expected. Hope that Huawei continues to support this app

Terrible app that is slow and buggy. First I got stuck on the terms and conditions page in a loop then the app doesn’t show any device. I gave up after an hour.

Keeps dropping out of internet. Sometimes will not open at all.

I’m producing 8kW of PV, but the display shows all 8kW going to ‘Consumption’ and 0kW going to ‘Grid’. This is despite real consumption being around 1kW. There is no live ‘Export’ value available.

To enable maximum benefits with load management, it would be beneficial if the app could notify this functionality.

Since the new update I can’t login as every time I put in my username and password it prompts me to accept the privacy policy continuously. I click accept and it pops up again over and over
