Seems to be getting better over time. Would like faster refreshing data and some better ways to control data visualisations and exports. Otherwise does what it says and seems to be getting regular updates that make small but welcome improvements.

This seems to stop displaying nearly everyday in the last two weeks for a period of time.

Super detailed information that we can review

App response to changes in information is very slow. A lot of features that other providers provide is not possible which is a let down. More insight is needed and more control for end users is lacking. Products work great but the App is a let down.

Good equipment but App needs a lot of work - clunky and not intuitive and not very informative. Pity.

Connection drops out a lot when not connected to home network

It is not very user friendly as an app. But my big issue is I cannot see consumption so I don’t know when excess energy is being produced. Various screen shots show consumption but I don’t get this in the app. It limits my ability to maximise my use of the solar panels.

This is awful. I have never had an update to an app where it’s so bad it’s just now useless. I loved the old app. I was able to monitor when to turn on and manage my appliances, just by looking at the graph. Now it’s so small I can’t even see it. Super disappointed. Worst ever!

Following on from the recent update to the App, and after re-establishing communication with the inverter, the app is now working very well for me.

Rubbish - bring back the old app. It was way better!
