Terrible onboarding
The app is terribly made. The onboarding process is complicated and app is lagging a lot. The app and service is only for philippinos (or permit residents) not for tourists.

How to ruin your holiday
Cashed in my money and now I can’t log in and support is doing nothing to help me. So basically Gcash stole my money. 100% do not reccommend!!
Unable to use
I had horrible experience trying to use the app. After registration, I couldn't log in because of some generic error, so I couldn't verify via app. I contacted support regarding log in and verification and after providing needed documents, they couldn't process them and basically kept asking for them in some other form. They couldn't explain what form, but instead asked for other documents. That was it for me. Contacting support wasn't a simple process either, I had to click through their chat like 10 times to file a ticket. Moreover, my friend managed to register and verify his acc, but the overall experience of using the app is below average. Please improve your services or get replaced by a better app.

My relative found a great deal on Facebook Marketplace, but the seller was too far away. They agreed to use a courier service with a payment guarantee (possibly GInsure with GCash) before sending payment. Unfortunately, after receiving the payment, the seller and courier block my relative. Despite filing a police report and following all GCash instructions, they haven't received a refund.
I cannot recieve otp
i have strong signal, already restart my phone, refreshed everything but still there are days i cannot receive otp.

Customer service is trash. Submitted a ticket but no response. Verifying my acc is still on going and it's been a month. Gcash what is this???
FRUSTRATING TO USE
at first it was just smooth the transactions and etc but then after I paid last month for my loans I cannot open my GCash the next day. And it was frustrating because it says that I need to use the face verification and I tried several times. And it is not working that’s why I tried to submit a ticket and still it says error or it’s disabled.
What’s happening? Cannot copy paste number
Fix your app. It was already good but this app is retrogressing.
VERY UNUSER FRIENDLY
The latest version is not user friendly. I cannot search through names and copy paste the number on the box since it has the 63 on the. The older version is way better.
