Scam app. They take your money before verification and then reject to verify and refund. As a foreigner I registered, deposited money and then it required verification to use my money. Verification only for the residents. So I’m not able to verify. They reject to provide refund. Even they took my money easily without verification. Scam!

My ticket number is 77031978 . They can’t review and make verification of my profile for 3 weeks already after I provided for all documents they asked for

1. It’s not possible stop receiving their spam messages (sms and email). 2. There’s no support at all. They use biometrics, but they cannot verify you as their user. 3. Promo-promo-promo. Do you really think people like it? 4. If you want to retake your photo - start over 🙈 5. Does anyone like this app?

This was one of the worst support experience I have ever had in my life so far, I ordered Gcash mastercard to my apartment and paid for it more than 10 days ago (guys from lazada deliver heavy parcels just in a few days I am in Pampanga) after that I contacted the worst support ever, support guy who's name Raver D. has been reply to my messages very slowly, more than just 1 day, he has been asking questions that doesn't make any sense and in the end he closes my ticket saying my card has been delivered to Jonathan Banaag, but damn what's wrong with you? My name isn't Jonathan, isn't it obvious? I have been waiting for more than 10 days, I paid for the card in order you guys deliver my card to some stranger with all my personal information? really? and after all of that this guy closes my ticket as solved. After this you can make your own opinion about how your support works, and saying it was worst I didn't joke. And as it was your mistake I expect you to solve it ASAP, and how courier delivered my card without calling me a single time? how this works???

Bad experience with this app. I kept on losing money, there are several unauthorized transactions that I wasn’t aware of. I checked multiple times if ever I linked my gcash through my app for subscriptions but no, I didn’t. THEY RESPONDED ME SAYING THAT IT’S MY FAULT!!! TRASH GCASH!!!!

This app has honestly ruined itself. It takes so long and difficult to very one account nowadays. The help center is useless and unresponsive, the app is laggy, there is always something wrong with their OTP system. One things this app irritates me about is that when you verify your account, the verification process lags entirely on its self. When verifying your face or ID, it won’t work and you’ll need to redo it a hundred times before you can move on to the next procedure.

The app is starting to get unreliable especially on busy days which is annoying. Sometimes the app is not working. Such a hassle and a waste of time. Time to try other ewallet that is more secured with less fees.

I cant pay bills. The bill page always says connection issue. My wifi is okay.

I can’t open my gcash app. Ive already update the app so i need OTP to open the app but OTP always delayed. When i need to tap the otp it was already expired😡. Ive tried many times requesting OTP but still late, ive already tried troubleshooting but still didnt resolve the problem😤
