Pro sledování sportovní aktivity
I am so so so much greatful for this app. I haven’t been moving for a quite long time and my body started to feel miserable. To buy this app and start on my fitness journey was the best thing I could do. I am changing my habits (started with walking exercises) and this app with Yorhart keeps motivating me and be easy on my body. I am seeing the progress of my fitness getting better through the green line going up and also everytime I overdo it, it makes me feel ok to take some rest. If you struggle with moving and want to start your journey to better health, this app will be your everyday friend helping you reach your goals by slowly pushing your body limits in a healthy way. (The only thing I would change is the length of trial version, because my trial version ended before the app started to show my progress instead of collecting data so there was nothing to see in the trial)
Hi Devs, it would be great if app would have a way how to realized difference between intensity of weight lifting (powerlifting) and for example running. As with only reading heart rate it looks like weghtlifting is not much heavy workout if your heart rate only goes up for a brief period of time. And it doesn’t take on account that you may be lifting near your 1RM. I then have to manually change percieved intensity every time.
Every morning even I have my Apple Watch app doesn’t refresh my sleeping data. Yes I have battery ok and yes I have setup health data as shared with the app.
This could be a really good app if a) it allowed the user to determine their actual body condition at the beginning, as a trained individual it still gives rest, b) if when recommending a strength or HIIT workout it could also generate the workout itself.

Gentler Streak, an app I highly recommend, is displeased with me because I have spent two days of strenuous forestry, which clashes with its health maintenance tenets. Its focus on recovery and maintenance makes it an app I wholeheartedly endorse, distinct from those aimed at athletes.
I have dysautonomia exacerbated by long Covid and I’ve been finding this app incredibly helpful for slowly building stamina and feeling better about taking extremely crucial rest days. After a few months I’ve gone from logging a couple minutes of walking or chores to logging hours of hiking and aerobics. Your mileage may vary, but this is one of the most accessible (and gentlest) apps out there.
