Gett: Book London black taxis

Gett should do more to guard users from dishonest cab drivers. For example a cab driver can show up, load you into the taxi and then fail to mark a rider as on board/initiate the ride. Maybe the app can prompt the user to confirm that they are in the cab if the driver hasn’t done it?? I’m not an expert and don’t know how it should work, but it is clear to me that some drivers have made a sport out of duping their riders.

But from the announced arrival time (5minutes) was 30 minutes and we had to cancel the order and find new driver...

Driver was very helpful, he called us to make sure we are at the right exit, came even to recover us.

Unfortunately this app doesn’t work in my region - Prague
