Gett: Book London black taxis

Everything is so wrong with this app that is hard to describe, addresses are always a bit off, GPS problems, never enough drivers, waiting time is long to get a taxi but they never wait for customers, no options to safeguard customers interest vis a vis drivers malpractice (like starting the taximeter before arriving or keep using it after dropping the person). Of other app would be allowed in the country they would certainly have creo users.

If you are in Tel Aviv avoid to use this app, taxidrivers are thieves, they accept the ride and they are not even close to you but they start the ride, so the taximeter starts to count, a few minutes later they could arrive or they couldn’t, they don’t care because they already have some dollars if you cancel, and if they take you ti your destiny try to see if the amount they put on their machine is the same amount from the gett app. This app needs to be warned!!

Так жалко, что Вы уходите из России. Почти всегда пользовался только Вашим сервисом такси, сервис был всегда на высоте. Составляли конкуренцию и задавали стандарты другим.
