Easy, efficient and convenient to use
Very functional…
Ordered twice, never came got charged
Ordered a cab that didn’t arrive, called the driver who shouted something not understandable after I asked: where are you? And he hanged up. Reordered, no cab came and when I called, no reply.Result: got charged with 10 NS for an inexistant ride and lost 40 minutes for a visit to a hospital (Tel Hashomer cardio emergency) Avoid this company at all cost !!!!!

The driver was very polite, helped me a very heavy luggage without even mentioning a word! The car was nice and smelling nicely too. Overall such a pleasant experience.
Very easy to use - baby stroller
We are travelling with a baby stroller and Black taxi is the best to commute with a stroller. This app made our life easier to find taxis anywhere
