This is a fraud company with the only single goal - suck your money out! Their fraud scheme works as follows: you purchase a first eSIM for a pretty attractive price and it works fine. However, as soon as you’ve moved to another country, you’re offered to buy another package, valid for the new country. And here “the magic” starts: newly purchased package doesn’t works at all, “friendly” support member promised to refund your spendings, but actual refund doesn’t take place. Another trick is that you able to purchase a new eSIM for account only once. For example: your phone and tablet are linked to the one YO account, and phone already has eSIM, so you want a new eSIM for a tablet. You’re purchasing it and unable to install, because the system recognizes it as a top-up for the phone eSIM. Of course, on refund request YO team promises again to return your spendings.
My time in China would have been a total nightmare without your eSIM. I have been able to stay connected with friends and family. The service is superb. Highly recommended.
I bought a 1GB that vanished. Global Yo refuse to refund it.
I clicked on an ad saying ‘Activate E Sim on iPhone7’ (exact copy) downloaded the app, paid for the sim, then was presented with a message saying that E Sims aren’t available on iPhone7. I immediately asked for a refund and even sent a screenshot of the ad I’d clicked but 10 days later and two attempts at contacting the help I haven’t had a response.
First of all, I’ll start this by saying I’m used to using eSIMS. The app is visually ridiculously. I’m not sure what kind of person it’s aimed at, is it a social media app? Is it an eSIM app? What is all this complete nonsense on the screen?! Secondly I spent about $45 on an eSIM installed it and activated it within the app yet with full signal reception and on the correct network it would not work, I opened a support ticket by the time I got chance to read a response was closed. I won’t bother with these again.
This E-Sim workd for 7 days so i bought the big 10GB package for Iran and paid 50$ after 50MB it stopped working. Customer Service does not reply, total disappointment! Will buy a local sim card again when traveling! Would be convinient if it works reliably but it sadly does not and the customer service is not exisiting!
So easy to use and very reasonably priced. I love this… 👍
I purchased a South America eSIM which worked for a few weeks. However, it stopped working with 11 days left on the contract and over 3gb of data left when I got to Bolivia. Bear in mind that this eSIM should work in every South American country. I contacted customer support and they took 5 days to respond. I responded to them within 1.5 hours and 3 days later I have heard nothing from them. I would please like this issue to be fixed asap. Thanks :)
I couldn’t get their eSIM to work on my iPhone 15 Pro and immediately contacted them via the app. Despite numerous chases, their “24/7” customer service has failed to reply after 4 days!
