I do not recommend. I purchased the service for 10gb. After using 0.4gb. they limited the data transfer. The support service does not respond and deletes all correspondence.

This is a fraud company with the only single goal - suck your money out! Their fraud scheme works as follows: you purchase a first eSIM for a pretty attractive price and it works fine. However, as soon as you’ve moved to another country, you’re offered to buy another package, valid for the new country. And here “the magic” starts: newly purchased package doesn’t works at all, “friendly” support member promised to refund your spendings, but actual refund doesn’t take place. Another trick is that you able to purchase a new eSIM for account only once. For example: your phone and tablet are linked to the one YO account, and phone already has eSIM, so you want a new eSIM for a tablet. You’re purchasing it and unable to install, because the system recognizes it as a top-up for the phone eSIM. Of course, on refund request YO team promises again to return your spendings.

The eSIM app great easy to install. But when you try to use it, it keeps switching 3G to 5G when you wanna use it technically I really didn’t like it because it’s keeps switching carrier so also the customer service ages to respond it.

A few hours ago I crossed border from Toronto to New York State and for a while my new USA eSIM is not working. I deleted my eSIM to try reinstalling again and realized it’s no longer available. I contacted tech support and luckily Ninjia Ari was able to give me a new eSIM QR code after confirming my order number and this time it worked and I was able to use eSIM inside USA . Thanks ninja Ari!

This app doesn’t work properly and I’m very confused about how it works, I can’t manage the payment and the exact time. They logged me out and did not accepted my payment.

RIPPED ME OFF. They sold me a data sim for costa rica. It could not connect to Claro even though my home sim would . 30+ support messages back and forth, screenshots etc. kept having me trying random words for the APN. When I asked for a refund I was ignored.

There are bugs while installing the esim. Usage details are not updated. Referral code doesnt work. Credit points cant be used. Tech support doesnt help you. Dont download it, it is a waste of time, paid stress.

I bought a 14-days data package for my trip to Mexico and I followed their setup instructions as instructed. Only to come back to Canada to a nasty cell phone bill for data roaming. Stay away from this nonsense app!!

BOUGHT 10 gbs in canada worked fast then bought unlimited data and the data was soo slow… basically scamming company back to AIR ALO
