The App completely not functioning, I couldn’t even login with my credentials. The website card payment not functioning either! Did you hear about testing your software before releasing it?

Dear programmers … can you please fix the problems? I am using an iPhone 11 and IOS 14.6 and I can’t even open the app. It crashes while trying to open it!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The booking process was really smooth, the application interface is very well made, the bus was on time, the driver Alaa was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely 5 stars, thank you GoBus for the amazing experience.

Worst company ever. Worst customer services. In their main station in Nasr city, I went to change my ticket to an earlier ticket, the employee told me rudely go do it online yourself as you booked it online. I couldn’t find a match for rudeness anywhere else in my life.

App doesn’t login with fb gives an error, but through website it logins

This app a fully of bugs nothing works correctly

The app is completely unreliable I booked a trip when I tried to change my travel itinerary it did not allow me and when I reached out to the call center they where completely useless, they cold not even understand what I was saying. I wasted 660 EGP it is an absolute thievery.

App dont respond anymore ..i try to log in alot and it said not found although iam already logged in through the website App crashed always
