Goodnotes 6

I love the app, I have it on my Ipad, Mac and Iphone, but for some reason it won't ever sync to my Iphone even though cloud is enabled. I just gave up at some point and stopped trying.

I’m stunned to discover that I paid for good note 5 lifetime few month ago and now it’s no longer available anymore and I have to pay again for this new update what the heck ?! We don’t have the same definition of lifetime. Just for that I’ll don’t use this new version or pay for it again and move to another app instead. No way I’m paying again for something I shouldn’t have to.

Make it fair for everyone by giving the premium users some other tools and for not premium the tools that are now in the app and to make more notebooks please this will make the app better and more wanted because I downloaded it and I am not premium so couldn’t make more than 3 notebook an this is very annoying.

I purchased a daly journal with a lot of stickers but can’t find none of them. It is impossible to upload a review on the marketplace so I do uploaded one here. This is very dissapointing

I don't trust this app and will delete it right after I find a way to extract my notes. It's a note taking app - why do you force me to create an account and steal my personal data?? And if I don't accept their Terms & Conditions I can't access my notes!! How is this app legal and allowed in Europe?

I love Goodnotes and recommend it to all my friends, but it is annoying that very frequently requested features have still not made it into the app but random features no one particularly needs have. Things like infinite page layout, dashed line pen tools, snap to grid shapes, and other features that competitor apps have are still not present in Goodnotes and it is unfortunate. Hopefully the release of Goodnotes 6 will be an incentive for the developers to add some of these highly requested and basic features.

Goodnotes 5 was my favourite app and I convinced many people to buy it. It was meant to be a lifetime subscription (which we reasonably assumed included updates so that the app would continue to be functional for a LIFETIME) and now you disrespect your customers by making a glitch-filled update that we have to pay for. Such a shame and a waste of a good thing.

Can someone please explain to me why was I MADE to update the app to goodnotes 6 even thought the last version worked just fine????? I updated it and after that couldn’t remove a stupid pop up that said I need to pay and that goodnotes 5 no longer exist ALTHOUGH I had already updated it???? also I reinstalled the app thinking maybe that would help and of course it didn’t and for some reason now I have new account and my notes are missing EVEN THOUGHT the pop up message reassured me that I’ll have access to my documents. Thanks for making my afternoon harder. I just wanted to write something down and now am in a rabbit hole with 574939 accounts and pop ups and missing notes.

I am really disappointed. They took my money for a one year subscription and they stopped the subscription 2 weeks after I paid. I wrote two emails and no one answered.

I bought GN5 so I can use add-free note taking app. Instead, I get pop-up to pay for the new update every single time I opened the app. No I am not going to pay again and if you continue harassing your customers I will make sure no one I know will be using this notes app.
