I have tried multiple times in accessing my aold premium account but I can't access it now regardless of loggin in. Please help me

Goodnotes 6 is really buggy in the past few months up to now! When will it be fix completely?

The best note-taking app ever! I have more suggestions to make Goodnotes even better: Improve Transcribe feature to make it more accurate. Also, if you could integrate other languages in it like Filipino on my recordings. Improve AI and add more pencil tools. Integrate Apple Smart script. Typed notes to handwritten convert feature. Would really appreciate if you could make time keeper floating so that I can see it while studying. Further, improve your flashcards by making it more like a game-like quizzing as is the case in Gizmo app. Please add built-in flashcards AI maker like that of Notability. Lastly, integrate INFINITE ZOOM feature like that of in Infinite Pro App. It would really help on anatomy, physiology, histology and other classes. Looking forward to these in your future updates. Thanks. New Bug noticed: My notes become completely blank sometimes for whatever reason. I have to restart my device to get my notes back into normal. So hassle!

This app has been very helpful with my studying. I hope they can a lock feature for the elements. I keep having to undo when I accidentally erase elements like lines on a table I’m customizing. I loved the latest update.

I’ve been using GN5 since 2020 and I find it adequate enough for my needs that I no longer see any need to update, especially when GN6 comes at a much steeper price. All is good but recently, many of us noticed that GN5 is getting super laggy and there are times that GN logs us out just to promote GN6. I picked GN5 because it offered a one-time payment option which I love. It’s just so disappointing right now that the app is super buggy. The ads (and forced log out 🙄) for GN6 is also super frustrating–especially when I have no plans (nor the need) to update to the newer and much expensive GN6.

I PAID for Goodnotes back in 2022 and have been using it ever since. But now, they block you from using the app unless you PAY to upgrade to Goodnotes 6. They are a predatory app with no remorse or care for their users, I suggest using a different app that won’t take advantage of its users.

How can I pay one time? Its no longer in the options

Everyting seemed smooth until i updated to goodnote 6 when my ipad gets hot and gets drained so fast. Too many occasions of app crashing, took too long to open downloaded files, and often dislays only blank pages. Needs to restart the unit before having the operation becomes somehow normal. You have an awesome app. It’s just that it ironically gets worse on its upgrade.

I paid for the app, but it wont let me sign in anymore. It logged me out one day and I haven’t been able to use it for months. Please fix this issue.
