It keeps on freezing randomly!

Love the new voice memo feature, but could you guys please let us name the memos? Also, it would be nice if we could also export the voice recordings as mp3 for example just as we can the notes as pdf. Thank you!

Hi I am currently using premium goodnote version 6. I did enjoy using it at first, but having quite often annoying issues. While using the app, sometimes my notes are not showed up at all. Since my exam period is right around the corner, time is money for me. I did not have similar issue when I was using previous version. I hope it could be fixed as soon as possible.

I used to love this app so much, but I’m indescribably disappointed. I used the old version of goodnotes app, I paid for the no limit package, and as it was upgraded my access is limited, I have to pay again. I can see my earlier docs, but I can’t edit them, I can’t creat more notes, unless I pay again, a much higher price.

I wrote this 1 star review while your app randomly lagged during scrolling.

It’s soooo good, and I have some recommendations so it would be even better and easier to use: The app is not fast with detecting equations and math It doesn’t provide side by side view / two-page view like a book for a document

I have been using the Goodnotes app for over a year now, and during this time it has undergone many improvements. Initially, battery usage and my device heating up were issues, but thanks to the updates, this problem has almost completely disappeared. The app is easy and intuitive to use, and the note-taking experience is great. I especially like that I can easily export my notes to PDF format so I can print them out at any time. It also runs smoothly on iOS 18.

Bought this app 4 years ago, had been using it eversince, but with this new goodnotes 6 update i can’t use it anymore. It’s one thing that I lost the money I once payed for this, but I lost all my notes I wrote on it because they became uneditable. I loved this app but now I am deeply disappointedand and I am demanding my money AND NOTES back!!

I’m really loving the app so far, it’s very userfriendly and neat. I don’t really use the Zoom Window feature, usually I just zoom in manually, but I would love to have like a normal Zoom showing the %, so I could know what’s the perfect setting for my handwriting. This minor upgrade would be really appreciated 🫶🏻
