Google Tasks: Get things done

It uses Kanban-style so you can see your lists in board from (on web), but on the phone app it would be great if we could have different views of our lists — maybe being able to view a few lists concurrently instead of just one at a time. Would be great if you can smoothen out the swipe transitions between lists too so it feels easier to navigate through if we have a lot of lists.

I tried signing in to Tasks for my child’s supervised child account but access is denied. Prompts that “seems you can’t go there”. What’s wrong with a child using Tasks?

W idget for ipad is really bad. Short, can't scroll and cannot tick directly on a task.

I use this app often, however in the recent few days it keeps hanging

I like this app where I can add task directly from Gmail. However, one improvement I would like to see is by adding an alarm reminder when there is already an availability to add date/time. I also do hope that it could work along side other google app eg. Sheet, Docs such that to be able to add task directly from above mention app across different device. Thank you to the team who develop and making this app great! Cheers!

If you create a task with date time on iPhone, you will only recv notification on iPhone and not on iPad. I also wish it has desktop application. One think I like this over Microsoft TODO is that it easily adds each task with date time to Google calendar.

Why does the new task button take up half the widget when my I can’t even view my task in full??

Overall, this has been a great app to list work things to do. However, there are a few adjustments that would make it even more user friendly. It would be great to be able to rearrange the list in the individual dates so that we are able to drag things that we would like to do in order. Another is currently the sub tasks when added does not stay as a sub task below the main task which is confusing on which is which. Hence, even though there is the subtask function which is great, it doesn’t make much sense to use it.
