Gotcha! Lost & Found App

Can’t link tag to my pet. App just freezes on the confirm page. I e been trying to do this for six months and the app still isn’t fixed.

Trying to register my dogs collars. Stuck on the splash screen. App does not open. No alternative way to register the collars.

Just bought a Max & Molly collar, can’t even set up the smart ID because the Gotcha app doesn’t get past the orange splash screen. iPhone 13

I bought this for the sale of tracking my dog and can not scan the code to allow me to add a pet! Very annoying! Looking to see if anyone found a way to add theirs?!

Within the app you can’t adjust the focus on your camera so the tag you purchased can’t be added. Terrible app.

Doesn’t work

Went to set it up and the QR code was already attached to another random cat in a different city. Reached out to the company with no response. Absolutely horrible product and embarrassing customer service. I just want my money back!

I have an iPhone 7 which doesn’t go to the latest IOS version. I’m writing this because I keep having to redownload the app or else I can’t get in. It just shows me the first orange screen and never loads to the app. Very lame…

Completely useless please fix

so far this app has been totally perfect, surprisingly not half as bad as these reviews saw albeit a little glitchy it did let me add all the necessary info without problems. as far as the collar goes you should probably make the qr code a little bigger as it’s hard to snap on camera with a squirmy dog!!!
