Gotcha! Lost & Found App

won’t let me scan qr code, when i go to my camera app it scans fine but when i go to this app to scan it gets blurry

I've tried to make an account but I can't because this app isn't designed correctly to where the keyboard can be moved away from the personal details page (the keyboard covers the information that I need to fill out. I've tried on both Ipad and Iphone, and still, I cannot make an account. Please fix this issue as I would love to be able to track my girl if she ever goes missing.

I couldn’t even finish setting up an account. The screen froze and I couldn’t navigate to the next place to enter information. Glad the collar is cute at least. I didn’t buy it for the app

They need a proper update for Canadians as the date is a day ahead and the time zone is way ahead overall a decent app but need a proper update for Canadians so we can be on proper time with our location, other then that can’t complain if it would get fixed!

Updating my review as I did get help although the app does still have its glitches I am hopeing its more so a back up option should anything happen not a main option! Still get a regular adress tag and clip the chip tag on if you are able to!

Now I won’t be able to mark my pet lost, rendering the collar useless . Thank you
