one 22-minute training takes 750mb of transfer !!!
Boring same few excercises that give not any results
If you want to improve your mobilty this is usless. Just stretches without work on soft tissues and adaptation of worked out new range by nerve system is a waste of time. There are only few excersices repet ower and ower. Idea of gowod is very interesting but how it’s been done makes me feel it is only to get money.
Very useful but crashes
It works it's good i made a nice progress for my gym needs but sadly it very often crash during workout if you switch to messenger for a sec. Please fix it!!

Good concept, poor app experience
There are minor features missing from this app that make it cumbersome to use. Health data doesn’t sync to Apple health (option in settings is broken). When using the watch app to progress/control which movement you are on, the audio disables for some reason? This makes pre/post wods tough to know when to move on to the next movement. There doesn’t seem to be any Bluetooth audio support either when connected to the watch. Honestly if you could take the programming from GOWOD and mix it with the app experience from peloton strength+, it would be the elite mobility app. For the price it should be.
Easy to stay consistent
With the options of 8-15-22 minutes allows me to get something in each day
