With this app you always have the Graben pharmacy from the heart of Vienna with you on your smartphone and you can express your product requests, just as if you were visiting the pharmacy.

When you have the desired product or the (empty) packaging at hand, take a photo or use the integrated scanner to read the product code; or else, select it from the item list. Repetition of the wish only needs little effort. Alternatively, describe your article in a text message or send a voice message.
All received requests are checked and processed by the pharmacists of the Graben pharmacy during the working hours (Mon - Sat 8:00 am - 6:00 pm): you will immediately receive the solution including the total costs on your smartphone, which you can accept with just one click. Your purchase is almost always ready within 30 minutes and you are welcome to pick up personally your products at the Graben pharmacy or someone else can do it for you.

Austria-wide standard delivery is currently ensured by courier service on the following working day (overnight, without delivery costs). Urgent product requests are delivered by bicycle courier within Vienna in about 2 hours. (only here: delivery costs)
Every GRappO purchase can be paid in advance online. The payment options are Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Instant bank transfer, EPS bank transfer and PayPal. In addition, delivery by express courier or through picking up from the Graben pharmacy can be paid cash, or by Maestro or credit card. For standard delivery, prepayment is mandatory.


GRappO is used without registration and without disclosing personal data (full protection of your anonymity); we only need your consent to contact you via your mobile phone number in order to temporarily request the data necessary for processing your order (recipient, delivery address). However, if you decide to register, you will enjoy real customer benefits: e.g. View and repeat your purchases or submit a new order without entering personal information; completely online, but controlled through our pharmacists, for any questions via chat, but without any phone call. All customers can request our specialist advice on the products they have purchased.
The Graben pharmacy is registered with the national competent authority as an online retailer for medicines (green cross logo) and therefore has the official license for the distance selling of medicines. The Graben pharmacy and its employees are obliged to observe the GDPR and to keep confidential all personal customer data that have been entrusted to them or made available to them, both during and after the end of their activity, unless there is a legally permissible reason for the revocation of the confidentiality obligation. By using GRappO, our contract conditions are binding.
