This app is terrible. Can’t buy season tickets as it send me to different website. Can’t store season tickets. Season tickets website is as bad as this or even worse as i can’t pay for my tickets so i have to do it at station. App is laggy, slow and need a proper update

Done the usual. Remove and reinstall, restart phone and even restore phone to when the app was working. Nope still crashes.

Really easy to use and tickets stored clearly but the app requires locks you out constantly. Very annoying when you’re at barriers logging in or on the train. It’s ok if you store tickets in your wallet but I don’t understand why it throws you out. Other apps don’t and the app doesn’t store any payments.

As title. Still crashing on an iPhone 14. App unusable.

I have a digital railcard, I put the download code into the app and it comes up as incorrect. Useless, using Trainline

The update today appears to have broken the app. Now when I open the app it crashes within a couple of seconds. A shame because I always use this app for my train journeys and have previously been very happy.

So easy to use thank you.

The worst service ever, I will never use this company again. Absolutely ruined our weekend away.

Asked my seat preferences then told me it doesn’t have them But I’m almost certain that once I get on the train, My preferred seating will actually be available again, that’s the usual. Please fix this
