Slow, does not work inside UK

I am trying to log in with no success (iphone 15 pro max, ios 17.0.3).

Been trying for 4 days to log in. Error message says it’s a technical issue and to try later. Numerous try’s and three delete and download fresh copy of the app. Cleared out my phone. Nothing. Cannot get on. Useless. Technical issues should be resolved quickly, surely?

I like the elegant design. And somehow very local

Unreliable, logs off faster than any other app. When off, doesn’t allow access to any ticket information and it’s all cloud based. Ignore 5 star reviews, they push users for reviews at moments when they are unlikely to give an honest review. This app is poorly designed and executed from an UX perspective.

Would like to have some more ‘joint’ stations or options. Eg Bristol parkway and Bristol temple meeds listed together as a preference.

Generally OK for basic use, checking times and accessing tickets. Would give it a higher rating BUT the app constantly logs you out of your account, often at the worst times. There’s no FaceID so you always have to go to your passwords and it takes a while to log in. When you’re at a busy gate this isn’t ideal. Also tickets don’t always work with your wallet. Hit and miss on that. Sort the access and wallet issues and a def 5 star.
