NetHome Plus

I've been using NetHome Plus for a few months now, and while it has some great features, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the interface feels a bit clunky at times, making navigation less intuitive than I'd like. Additionally, I've noticed that I'm regularly signed out unexpectedly, which can be frustrating, especially when I'm in the middle of a task. Furthermore, there seems to be an issue with logging back in once signed out, which disrupts my workflow. Despite these drawbacks, the app does offer useful functionality, such as remote control of smart home devices and automation features. With some refinements to the user experience and reliability, NetHome Plus could easily become a must-have tool.

We just installed 3 new air conditioners split system in 3 different rooms. Once installation completed, in second I installed the apps and set up the 3 devices and I can control them wherever I want, great apps and recommend.

App keeps signing out, and when signing back in keeps throwing up an error about “poor network connectivity”. Use the remote, is my suggestion.

Having trouble with the schedules that I’ve set for the heater to come on in the morning. Some of the time it works but other times it seems to get the days wrong and come on at a time set for Monday mornings on Tuesday mornings. Can you help?

It’s about 16 degrees in my room however the app is displaying that it is 30degrees. I have 5 units and they’re all like this. This makes it impossible to set automation or use auto functions. It only fixes when I press “follow me” on the remote. Which doesn’t help when I’m not home..

Unable to have more then one account on the system, and if you log into your account on two devices you are logged out. Which is completely redundant for people who live with more then just themselves.

Works well, few connection issues sometime but overall good app - handy being able to control A/c on a hot day when on way back home

Rinnai has partnered with this group to use their wifi capabilities. Clearly they did not QC or validate the features or user experience. Downloaded and installed the app. 1) Broken English which is not expect for a product sold in a country where English is the official language. Get past that, set up is OK. 2) Use the app and select heat and set the temp, but it switches the unit to cooling mode. The only way heating works is with the original control, any modification using the app switches into cooling mode.

Recent updates have reduced Google Home compatibility. I can no longer adjusts AC temp and app gets confused when switching on and changing AC between heat and cool modes. My AC is a Rinnai Series D.
