Don’t use this app you can’t connect the devices to your phone

I want the light to come on when car drives up but only have notification for human movement but you can as the same rule controls both the light automation and the notification despite them being totally different bits of the app. Very strange. I will create a support case. Not intuitive. Had to find YouTube video to set up.

Great app for remotely controlling garage door, but would be better if it were compatible with Carplay .

Was great for around 6 months or so and then it start getting really slow to connect and then was “Failure to establish encrypted connection - Click to retry” and all troubleshooting in the world, yields nothing. It can be hours, maybe a day of this and then out of the blue, you give it a try and it connects! For how long, who knows? It’s unfortunate because apart from that, it’s good.

I have been using it on a pet feeder and it was working somewhat but I wanted to RESET the feeder and the app forced me to delete the feeder. Now I cannot establish contact. The app has confusing instructions such as “put your device near your router”. Many users would not know what a router was but what confuses me is which device - the feeder or the phone. I have deleted the standard light and the pet feeder and still not working but now I have deleted the app and trying again. I think the problem might be something to do with an iCloud address which means as much to me as what Google is.

I figured out how to get the watch working perfectly, and have been using it for months no issues… as of about a week ago, the watch started losing my connections and I would constantly have to refresh to get the scenes back… but, it’s telling me that it’s not connecting to the iPhone at all even though I’ve checked the settings within the phone app, tried reinstalling the Watch app and I cannot get it to work again… I use this all the time, so I really hope there’s an update to fix the Apple Watch glitch then I will put the review back to 5 stars

I find this app very frustrating most times. The app just seems very slow to react to any commands. It use to be good a year ago but something not right with the later versions

Wireless outdoor camera just fantastic. Love the fact easy enough to install and use. Although would be great to see an update on the app for user to choose recording time. Eg: 15sec or 30sec even up to a minute, with this gives plenty enough to communicate to someone at your front door. Great that the notifications are coming through to my phone but due to the delayed it’s becoming more of nuisance. Once I open the app the person on the front door already left. 🤷🏻Hopefully to see this changes in the settings. 🙏

Best app and easy to connect your devices and manage. Use it for lights all the time and switching them all off with one button. Would love to use it on iPhone shortcuts app or widgets though. Would make life so much easier! Please look into this devs
