Had it fitted, the system regularly just shuts down so you cannot turn on or off the lighting. So your lights just run up your electricity - the system is so hard to understand and I’m an educated man. Avoid this system.

Sets up as described after one or two tries. Responsive target tracking, therefore the camera is working okay - very good in fact - but NO alerts. Changing modes and accessing memory card hangs; again retries sometimes get registered. I’ll keep mine as a recorder, but very disappointed. No response to queries sent to developers. It’s almost a great product at a great price, and it’s not rocket science, so where are the updates to put us all out of our misery? Wyze and Reolink do it well.

Absolutely the worst way of connecting a WiFi device I have ever had the displeasure of using with arlec portable air conditioning unit

I find it difficult to understand why I need to confirm a change of scene for a smart light when the change has already been made after I pressed the activation. No implementation for Siri in iOS but functions for google home and Alexa. I’m using Apple so I don’t have to use Google or Amazon. Philips Hue way better for smart lights.

If you’re not tech savvy, but enjoy wasting hrs trying to fathom the logic in programming these things, then this product is for you. WHY oh why do they have to make it so user unfriendly? This aside, once conquered the switches work well enough.

Looks ok when you first use it but the app constantly forgets the status of my aircon unit so either doesn’t know the aircon is turned on so doesn’t let me control it or always thinks the aircon is turned on when it isn’t. When it gets the status of the aircon correct it works fine so let down badly by this one bug

Don’t use this app you can’t connect the devices to your phone

I want the light to come on when car drives up but only have notification for human movement but you can as the same rule controls both the light automation and the notification despite them being totally different bits of the app. Very strange. I will create a support case. Not intuitive. Had to find YouTube video to set up.

Great app for remotely controlling garage door, but would be better if it were compatible with Carplay .

Was great for around 6 months or so and then it start getting really slow to connect and then was “Failure to establish encrypted connection - Click to retry” and all troubleshooting in the world, yields nothing. It can be hours, maybe a day of this and then out of the blue, you give it a try and it connects! For how long, who knows? It’s unfortunate because apart from that, it’s good.
