This app is so good and helps when hard times occur and you need help paying emergency bills

Been using Grid for a few months now, and it’s pretty solid! You have to pay and repay your way up their max limit scale, but ultimately its been a pretty easygoing process. Repayments take a while to process, but other than that the app is pretty quick about most interactions.

They won’t let you remove Thor company from your bank- if you choose not to use grid anymore you will still be charged monthly I still get charged monthly and removed the app and stopped using the service 2 years ago and STILL get charged, MONTHLY for a subscription that i don’t use

I highly advice to look elsewhere. I was charged 14.99 for their membership and then tried to request an advance. Only to have it fail multiple times. My bank and debit card were connected successfully and I could even see my bank balance on their dash so I found this to be odd. After reaching out several times Grid requested I message a picture both front and back of all my identification and cards so they can “connect” my accounts for me. So I did… foolish mistake. A day later I start receiving scam calls, scam emails and other spam WITH my social security information and identification that I shared with Grid! I currently have an investigation open to see if someone on their team leaked my info or if it was lack of security. After all that Grid tells me to talk to my bank to resolve the issue with their platform. I was extremely confused and so was my bank when I spoke to them. They don’t have any control over my connection issues with Grid, it’s a technical issue that needed to be resolved by Grid. Frustrated, I request to cancel and for refund since I could NOT use the service (due to Grid’s inability to resolve their own issue). After multiple requests they aren’t accepting any responsibility and will not return me my money. I wasted money on a service that was supposed to help. Don’t make the same mistake I did, save yourself the headache, and go elsewhere like Brigit.

I understand reoccurring charges, I have a gym membership. However, this app charged me for premium services for over a year without me using it, which is understandable. I tried to use the app recently, and an agent said my premium use has been revoked. I chatted with support and they were terrible at solving the solution. Instead, they indirectly told me to cancel account, while I blew my subscription payments to them.

Grid has been very helpful for me in my time of need. No scams, no gimmicks, 100% real.
