Grim Fandango Remastered

Game is amazing but unfortunately there is a bag in an act 3. I couldn't pick the briefcase with money from the room after elevator. He just can't see it. Bit disappointed (

I ran into a bug in the third act and couldn’t finish the game. Also..I found this game so difficult there was no way to play without a walkthrough.

Pressing cancel to revert back to the game doesn’t work, the app doesn’t action the command so whenever I go into the inventory I end up needing to shut the whole game down.

The game seems good and is consistently rated amongst top point and click adventure games so I was excited to find it remastered on the iPad, however it runs pretty poorly, lagging at times, and the sound is crackly, broken, and I think sped up slightly. This makes it pretty difficult to enjoy the game. I play on an iPad mini 2, which according to the disclaimer it should run properly.

This game is simply incredible. The detail in the graphics and nuance in the storyline creates a classic. We need more high quality games like this on iOS!

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE grim fandango. I have been waiting for years for an updated version to come out, a la monkey island. However there is indeed a bug in the third year that renders the game impossible to complete. Since people have been complaining about it since AUGUST I gather the developers have just abandoned the notion of fixing it. Don't bother buying.

Game works great until trying to break the crusher with the chain, it freezes at this point and doesn't continue even after a full restart. IPhone 7, iOS 10.1.
