Grim Fandango Remastered

Had to rewrite my review. After an initial crash and failure to reload I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I had to start from the beginning but then no trouble. I had one glitch in the escape room with the axe where I dropped it at edge of screen and couldnt pick it back up but as I’d recently saved it I just went back and ensured I didn’t drop it in the same place! Love this game. Wonderful soundtrack, beautiful design, characters and scripts are really funny, witty and entertaining. A must if you’ve never played it before. Just make sure you examine EVERYTHING!

Wow, what a great game!! Providing hours of gameplay and I had no glitches or problems whatsoever (playing on iPhone 11). Highly recommend this game if you like Monkey Island or Thumbleweed Park.

One of the main characters has disappeared and I can’t advance without him (Glottis in the forest). It’s a known problem with no solution and the developers haven’t bothered to fix it

I would love to finish the game, but sadly I have encountered black screen and found no solution to fix it. I don’t want to reinstall the game to find the same kind of glitch again, so deleting the game will follows. I wish there is a fix for it, game is good.

Update: *Tried to get a refund, got refused. Rip off as app has known faults not fixed from a year ago* Can’t play, got to year three, screen went black but music is still playing, really don’t feel like repeating two parts of the game again, this issue affects others as per reviews, sort it out or give a refund for an unplayable game. Also it’s difficult to navigate on a touchscreen, you have yo keep pressing select or exit or press and hold hoping it’ll work after a few goes. Game itself is good but hard, terrible ios version. Buy the pc version.

Sadly its full of hang ups and bugs. Once Manny’s itinerary is opened you cant get out of it. Asking for a refund as its not cheap.

Best story, best dialog, just the best game ever.

I hardly ever rate games but when I do there good, this was a fantastic long story adventure with stunning graphics and easy to use controls. If you into your puzzle adventure games this is what you need and it’s also cheap how how long it is. Enjoy everyone

Definitely the best adventure point and click ever made. Great story , sublime jazz soundtrack and infuriating puzzles. To play it again from a windows 95 to an iPad Pro was fabulous. Now why haven’t they done all the monkey islands?
