At first I just wanna try for few days. I didn’t expect to charge me automatically. Also I did check apple subscriptions lists. It wasn’t appear at all. How could I possibly know if there isn’t place to show up? This is absurd to keep charging me for three months aleady. I need all 3 months payment refund to me. And cancel the subscription right away.

Trying to charge your card after the trial period without sending out reminders. clearly trying to bet users being unaware and charge their cards for quick free money. Scammy, dodgy

I hope appstore could do something like thousand of people are hacked by this app, we cannot cancel our subscription (since the subscription is not done through app store so apple doesnt have an official subscription record)This app keep making payment without our permission, nobody can contact the vendor as well. Please remove this app from the store

Please do not subscribe for any free trial for this app which after a free trial will charges you the subscription fee without showing any subscriptions in your iphone app “Subscription”, after I deleted the app and checked my subscription of my I phone settings to make sure that i m not charged, and this company charged me after 6 months said that i m agreeing for the charged USD49.99 every 6 months but i was not even use their app?! That’s ridiculous, and this company email me back that the charges will not be refunded. So i m here to remind everyone else wanna to download n try this app, do not subscribe any of thier products or plans, otherwise they will charged you.

Awfully not be able to reach out CS and let me cancel my cancel my subscription when I was seeking for help to cancel!

I have finished their test and subscribed their monthly plan! Then the app said that they have prepared my report and need US$29.99 to access that! I didn’t agree to subscribe the report and then I unsubscribed the plan! But they still charged me US$29.99 for the report and $9.99 for the plan! I requested to refunded the charge of the report as I am 100% sure I didn’t subscribe it but they rejected.

I would give it a zero star if ever I could and I wished I would have read some comments before I use it. Intro: Though I dont have a chance to get my money back, I can write a comment. :) I get to know about Habio app through an Imstagram ad that was featurered on my account, and decide to give it a go for a trial. After the 3 days I only recall about this thing when I receive a payment email for USD29.99 (to cover a MONTH subscription). Immediately in 10 mins I write them an email to see if I can still cancel ghe subscription. They write me a reply in person after 27 DAYS and certainly the answer is no. (I waited from Jan 6 til Feb 2) You might wonder what great wisdom is inside some app charging USD29.99 a month. There is none, but only some content that looks like generaded from Chat GPT. Please whoever see this comment, go do something else.

The app basically charge you for every single items. The trial was 9.99US for two week, but then after you paid for my 2 weeks trial, it took you to the workbook page, and asked you would you like to download the workbook, I pressed “Yes” and then I realized the workbook is 29.9US. I would like ask for a refund. Plus, you can’t cancel subscription on the App page, after the two weeks subscription is going to be another 49.9USD. I guess need to send them the email to cancel it. I had already emailed them.

Asked them to cancel my subscription, it appeared on the app and Apple subscription list that there was no subscription but they charged me anyway. When I sent them screenshots to query how is someone supposed to know the subscription is still live if it doesn’t show anywhere; they did not respond to that question but said they would not refund. When I pushed they detailed a lengthy refund procedure that I expect not many people are inclined to enter in to. Ridiculous and dishonest. Do not recommend. Would give zero stars if possible

I’ve been using Habio to track my fitness goals, and it’s really helped me stay consistent. The reminders are perfect!
