Do not download app!!! This app is a scam and it will scam you for years!! Impossible to unsubscribe!! Been scamming me for years!!! Already tried to unsubscribe but still keep charging me every year!! PLEASE REFUND ME FOR ALL THE YEARS!!!! 😡😡😡😡

I have signed up for the 7 days trial and paid for it yesterday. I didn’t see the value I was looking for and I have decided to cancel my subscription. It keeps telling me that the email isn’t found even after using both, my masked Apple email and unmasked too. I have raised a ticket via the contact form in the app, ticket number is YMVSBD, and I hope you take the necessary actions. In 2-3 days of it isn’t processed, I am blocking the next payment through my bank. There are other ways to let users discover the value of your product before locking them in. This is unprofessional.

apple cannot block billing because habio will bill you directly. their terms say to unsubscribe, you only need to delete the app but this is not true. you’ll need to block and get a replacement card. tons of people have been affected. they have lots of people complaining on X and they disable comments on Instagram. they are unethical and cheats.

They charge you first, then you will realise you can’t create account to use the service. That also means you can’t cancel your subscription. I’ve emailed customer service, it’s robot auto reply, there’s no human customer service. And still doesn’t allow me to login or create account at all. I’ve paid $29.90 for a document unknowingly. I’ve paid $14 something for 2 weeks subscription. And they told me they will charge another $54 in 2 weeks. Not transparent payment, and Till today I am not even able to create account or login despite of charges. Zero HUMAN customer services. Unethical app, please be aware.!

HELP DESK EMAIL DOESNT BLOODY WORK

I signed up for a 3-day trial with Habio but faced a lack of transparency in unsubscribing. Despite my attempts to cancel before the trial ended, their customer support was unresponsive for over 2 weeks, resulting in my card being automatically charged when trial period ends. When requesting a refund, they claimed the payment was authorised, ignoring the attempts to contact them. This is an unethical practice and I urge whoever reading to not download this app.

One of the most glaring issues is the lack of transparency regarding their subscription and billing processes. I have only signed up for their one week trial and since then the app has been charging me monthly. There’s no straightforward method provided for users to unsubscribe, and it doesn’t show up in your Apple App Store as subscription. It’s evident that Habio is more interested in taking your money than providing a user-friendly experience. I’m very disappointed with this experience. I urge the team to look into this issue as soon as possible.

Downloaded the app and before I knew it I was charged us$29.99 and also a us$49.99 for a 6 months subscription. I wrote in requesting for a refund as these amounts are not small, but the customer service took 4 days to respond and when ‘she’ did it was a series of cut and paste of terms and conditions essentially saying they ‘I signed up for it willingly’ and therefore they couldn’t refund. Like the others, found it deceitful and scammy. Apple should be filtering and denying the ‘listing” of these apps. Another redflag, their HQ and official address is listed as being in Cyprus. Haven for money launderers and white collar crimes.

Downloaded the app and when opened, there are like endless pop-ups. Before I know it, I received a $20 bill for buying a workbook. I explained to Habio I didn't click to buy anything and but they said they cannot undo it and they are unable to show evidence that I chose to buy it too. I find it deceitful.

I’ve been using Habio to track my fitness goals, and it’s really helped me stay consistent. The reminders are perfect!
