This app is a freaking scam guys. Don’t do it!!
App circumvents the Apple Store Payment so no refunds when you realize the advertised App functions are false and misleading. NO response from App Support mechanism after several tickets logged, not even for cancellation. App is juvenile, cartoony and does not deliver on expectation of functionality created by the advertising. AVOID!
Never purchase outside of the app store, 3 weeks later and no response.
This app claims it will give you a report of the type of ADHD you have but it does NOT, it just gives you the same basic mainstream advice on “good habits.” These are all non-specific and the same general advice you get from any generic self help book or quote on social media. It is NOT specific or aimed for people with SDHD, do NOT waste your money or time on this useless generic unhelpful app.
Would not recommend this to anyone. I signed up for the 3 day trial and then a download back for over $20, the download booklet does not download on any device and you cannot get hold of anyone. I emailed and received a response saying there are delays and eventually cancelled my trial as could not get hold of anyone. Over 15 days later I receive a generic response saying my 3 day trial was successfully cancelled and did not get a response on my initial query around the download.
I downloaded the free trial and then when I clicked on a linked it charged me R500 for a “workbook” which I did not order.
I did the initial quiz and started the free trial and my bank account has been debited TWICE for the subscription that I don't want. I have emailed numerous times in the last few weeks and all I get are emails apologising for the delay getting back to me. This is unacceptable! I would appreciate someone getting back to me and getting a refund!
Clicked on an ad for this app on social media, took the initial quiz and paid for the 1 week trial. Once the app was downloaded, I was forced to take the quiz again and choose a new plan/ subscription. Similar to the other review, I was charged R500 against my will. There’s no option to unsubscribe on the bottom of the emails, and the settings in the app shows no option to handle billing/subscription. The app preys on people who are trying to better themselves, and people who are trying to better their mental health. Not only does it show a lack of basic humanity on premise, it’s fraudulent and extremely unethical.
This app is illegitimate and rubbish . Through the dummy pop up quizzes one has to follow, nothing about the quizzes lead to a solution. It is non interactive app with nowhere to add plans or checklists for the day. In short this it is akin to purchasing an informercial . It was meant to be a 7 day trial but I was charged already . This is an unethical way to take people’s funds from their account and I would like my refund.
this app allows for a $1 trial , when you click the trial and allow the $1 charge it charged me TWICE more with a further $29 charge . absolute frauds
