Paid for the App. Yet I did not get access to the features. Despite writing to them multiple times there is not even an acknowledgement, forget a resolution. Such companies make one furious because of the unethical practices they engage it. Money is not the issue, it is the practices such companies engage in to make profit. Will not even remotely recommend you to use this App or any products this company makes now or in the future
I don't see much changes or improvements to the new version of the app besides the addition of a ridiculously expensive payment model. I would be okay with paying a one-off sum if it wasn't so expensive AND subscription based (have to keep paying). PLUS you don't get much more features to justify the high price either..
In the latest version, you are pestered to pay for the app every time you open it!! Horrific user design. I wouldn't mind paying but it just isn't worth it, considering the price and the number of features you get.
never disappears
Tried for 7 days and paid for the year subscription, but the widget disappeared after that. Emailed on Jan 28th 2021 still no response after almost 10 days.
Paid for a lifetime subscription. No longer have access to it - am prompted to sign up and pay a monthly subscription fee. Reached out via email, and haven't heard back from them. Will update the review if there are changes.
For those who paid for the one time purchase before. They moved to a new subscription model so you need to pay again
I started using this app, and very encouraged by it, made a one off in app purchase for its premium features. It reverted 2 weeks ago, removing my those features without warning. This is highly dishonest.
Edit: yo wth I want a refund for the $6.98 for the one-time upgrade I paid. If I had known you were going to move to a subscription model I wouldn’t have paid for that. I love this app so much, simple yet does the trick. My only gripe atm is after I edit an existing habit, the little check disappears from the home page and then I’ll get reminders about it, but it still shows on the calendar when I click through and it fixes itself after I uncheck and check it again.
I paid for the app and after the upgrade I was asked to upgrade to premium. What happened? When I tapped on the “contact us” and “how it works” nothing happened, despite rebooting my phone a few times.
