Habit — Daily Tracker

I’ve been trying to reach them via their website and instagram but no one has gotten back to me. Horrible customer service. I just needed some support :(

I upgraded to premium, which is honestly necessary to get any of the features to even be worthwhile, but even after restarting my device, there is no widget to be seen.

I used the back in 2020 when it was still functional. They recently offered me the yearly deal again for a low price and I accepted. I got charged for the normal price of the yearly plan and when i went to contact customer service to reverse it, there was no contact in my several attempts. I went to check them out on insta to possibly the dm the company about it. Their last post was from years ago! The company is no longer active but they keep their app running for profit but make it impossible to rectify any changes. DO NOT BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS

First, I don’t like the way the percentages work. If I’ve done everything due for the week I want to see 100%. I don’t want to wait until I’ve repeated 91 times. Second, I set reminders, but they disappear. Then I have to open each habit to see what is due. I’d like a list that stays constant until I check a habit complete. I like the concept so will be shopping for another app I like better.

Great app. But I’d love to see options of customizing the widget. I’ve purchased a subscription a while ago. But I didn’t end up using it much, and then I tried to figure out why as I’m always curious why my brain wants or doesn’t want to do something. I feel like the reason is that the widget is hard to see: low contrast text on blurry background. It’s mostly those circles of different colors but the text that is barely visible for me, it doesn’t “read into brain” right away. So my brain is not tricked to click “done” on those circles as it takes a while to figure what exact circle i need (my vision is fine, but I do have ADHD). So it feels like I loose more dopamine for finding the right circle than getting a dopamine for hitting a circle as an award for completing the habit. Also, I realized that habits as a list with check marks ✅ works better to motivate my brain, so I moved to a different app for now. Also, high contrast is what helps (like simple black text on white background). But I hope new accessibility features will be added to this one as overall it’s functionality is great. They advertised $5.99 per year, down from $39.99, but it actually just renews for $39.99 after telling you it had an error and to try again later.

Do not purchase if you expect a trial to ability to have refund or customer service. I will remove review if I receive refund. There is no ability to click customer service within app. Even though it has the link. Way to expensive for what you get.

I have ADHD and I’ve used a lot of tools and apps for habit tracking. This one is simple, elegant, and effective. I enjoy using it, but it doesn’t take up too much space in my life or force me to watch ads. Get the paid version! This is now my most used app, and the most important one on my phone.

I was excited about this app, but it only lets you add 3 habits to track. That’s unless you upgrade to the “premium” version, of course. Sadly, I’m not a fan of that.
