Was billed 3 times the annual sale price, left over 3 messages with no replies. Email address on app is invalid and not monitored. Beware!!

If you want to get full use of the app, the subscription is $45 a year. That’s insane for an app with such a simplistic design. We’re not editing photos or movies. Not even video editing software is this expensive.

I paid for the premium version in order to get access to the widget feature but it doesn’t work. I’ve contacted their support team but never heard back. Super disappointing!

Hi there! Dev/designer here 👋 I’m on the search for a habit app and was drawn to this one’s clean, simple UI. However, the functionality feels too limited without a purchase to really decide if it’s right for me. It would help to have a clear overview of how the app works with a subscription, or a breakdown of features available before and after purchase. For example, I assume I need the widget (which requires a subscription) to log a habit for the day—but this isn’t clearly explained in the setup or “how it works” section. A bit more clarity would make it easier to evaluate the app. Thanks for considering!

had to get my device repaired. get new device, app gets installed, all data gone! then find out "restore from cloud" is a "premium" feature i am supposed to pay for. just for that practice alone it gets removed immediately and i will never come back!

I was expressly targeted to get the premium subscription since I had had it once before and cancelled due to lack of usage. I was offered 85% off and went to pay but was charged for the full price. Absolutely not worth it.

I used to love this app but recently I’ve been reaching out to customer support and cannot get a response for the life of me. Don’t waste your time, I’m sure there are better habit tracking apps out there at this point.

UPDATE: It has now been a YEAR and still no response from their team to any of the emails I have sent (to either email address provided in the process). Honestly the most scam like experience I’ve had with an app. Don’t buy this app - the app doesn’t do what they promise and their customer service is non-existent. Original Review: I was so excited about this app and quickly purchased the premium version because I was excited about how much it boasted. But after paying, there really wasn’t much of a difference between the paid and unpaid versions, and the one thing I was most excited about (widgets), didn’t work at all. Their FAQs in the app had some troubleshooting for this (obviously it’s a problem a lot of people have), but nothing they had in there worked. The final step was to contact their support team, so I did that too. I reached out through the email link in the app (their “Contact Us” link) and received an email saying the email address I sent my complaint to (that they provided in their own app) was no longer being used and I needed to email a different address (why they haven’t updated their contact us link in their own app I’m not sure) but that was frustrating. I have emailed the new email address twice now and still received no response almost a month later. Save yourself the headache and get a different app. Super frustrating experience.

Always read the reviews! I am not the only person they screwed. 1.Given no opportunity how program worked until I subscribed. I assumed a free trial period but apparently that was a stupid conclusion in spite of all the accolades given on opening page. 2. Premium subscription $30 more than regular version was charged, so $49 down the drain 3. “How in Works” button goes nowhere so no guidelines to what “premiumded all this! services” the toare available, much less how to access said “premium service.” 4. “Contact Us” button takes me back to original purchase page on the ap store with no page, 5. All I can access is a row of Sun - Sat labeled dots. I can list habits to track and the check off the days—a system I can create by writing on the back of my hand w/o a computer or even electricity. 6. So for a fast way to lose $50 bucks without any useful result, go ahead and purchase this product. 7. This review should be zero stars, but once the star was entered, there was no way to remove it!

It doesn’t allow you to pick a specific time of the day for you to do certain habits.
