I used to love this app
This has been my go to habit tracker thanks to its simplicity and ease of use, now it’s cluttered with annoying premium offers. Also, most features that used to be free are now only part of the premium subscription. Why does everything need to be an overpriced subscription these days? It’s just a damn habit tracker…
Nice simple app
But I’ve been promoted that it’s on sale for premium for three months now everyday. It’s always a few hours left on it 😂
From great to crap
Used to be a great app, now it wants me to buy a subscription. Go somewhere else. Ridicules countdown until my offer expires yet the countdown always extends. Horrible, now you can’t add more tasks. There is no free version left.
Scam
Removed premium features even though I paid
Got a refund
Changed to a subscription model after I already payed for premium. Not worth the price after the change either so I got a refund and switched to another (and better) habit tracker. Bit of a shame because it’s a pretty well designed app.
Can’t access my previous purchased premium features
So the developer decided to switch to a subscription based model. What a shame. What’s even worse is that I contributed to unlock the premium features but they still remain locked behind a subscription wall even if I try to restore my purchase. Pro tip 1: If you switch business models, make sure to get it right and let the people who once unlocked premium features have access to them in the future. If you decide not to, people will start rating the app with one star as I just did. Pro tip 2: If you are encouraging your users to contact you when facing issues make sure to answer them. If you decide not to.. well I guess I made my point.
