Happiest Baby, makers of SNOO

Bought a Snoo originally in 2018 for our second kiddo and loved it. The app was a dream and we sold it when we were done. Bought again for a new addition only to find the app is watered down. Used to sing its praises but would not recommend anymore.

Charging any amount especially $20 a month for an already $1700 bassinet is absolutely insane. Such a greedy company!!

I LOVED the snoo & raved about it to everyone I know. I had it for my daughter years ago who is now 7 & just started using it for my 1 1/2 week old. The app used to be “snoo” then I saw I needed to get happiest baby now, well what do you know features that have always been free you now are expected to pay a monthly fee for?? For THE MOST EXPENSIVE BASSINET ON THE MARKET. I refuse to pay their monthly fee. I’ll track sleep myself on a timer thank you… also will never be buying anything of snoo again.

Money grab. I’m no longer recommending the snoo.

The subscription model is ridiculous they are charging for features that were free one day ago and added nothing new to justify it. Bad company wouldn’t support!

In addition to the complete money grab of putting previously included features behind a paywall, which is a travesty, the new app is objectively worse than the previous version. I should not have to press so many buttons to get to the data i am looking for. I will be telling those looking to buy a snoo to avoid it

When it was free, the lack of features, unprofessional styling, and glitches were tolerable. But for $20 per month these things are unacceptable. Agree with previous review that this app and subscription are a necessary evil. Subscribing leaves a bad taste in my mouth and sour feelings towards the company as a whole.

The idea that Happiest Baby is charging for their app, after people pay for such an expensive product is frustrating. The fact that they justify the charge by calling the app a premium service is gaslighting the customer. It glitches all the time, specifically not tracking data for the day your using it and crashing consistently. The other features (tracking diapers and food) are half-baked at best. This is nothing more than a necessary evil. Charging for this app is a bait and switch maneuver, and it should be unacceptable.

We are proud owners of the snoo but have found the app to be glitchy. This paired with reports that customers are now being charged monthly fees to use the app makes me angry as the snoo itself is very expensive.

This new app was created only to paywall features that were advertised as included until only months ago. This is shameful behavior and has destroyed my trust in this company. They are effectively extorting me using my child’s sleep. Shame!
