I haven’t been able to use the app once properly! FULL of GLITCH !! GLITCH !! Not much app! Annoying.

I am unable to login with the current version on an iPhone XR , when I select the area to type the login email the keyboard pops up then immediately disappears .

How can I use your app if I can’t even create an account?? I get to creating p/word but soon as I confirm it, it clears the p/word I’d just typed above, so I get nowhere. Tried on iPad and pc so you guys got an issue and an app that don’t work! Deleting.

Since last update, there is an issue with map, when plot the ride it’s showing a line and not following the actual roads.

Tried adding Vin several times with no success

App will no longer allow access / log in. Customer support please address this access issue

The maps have completely stopped working correctly on my sportster S since the latest update. No combination of deleting app to reset / resyncing phone / downloading maps / turning off wifi / rubbing Buddha’s belly makes it work. It was marginal before but now it flat out doesn’t work. Just a blue line on the dash as a route with the checkerboard. At this stage I don’t know why Harley didn’t just do wireless ‘car’play as they clearly can’t build their own app. Also put more detail in your update history, why are you scared to list what you have fixed…

App is a great idea however some tweaks would be good to allow for more opportunities to connect to rider communities by being able to create friends and groups in the app. Also be good to record and maintain service history and insurance / finance details through the app. I would be happy to pay a small purchase price for a more complete app. There is so much potential here H-D like reporting stolen bikes, tracking connecting to HOG etc.
