Please improve the download of the map of China, we need this function very much, the map of China can not be downloaded at present, I hope to solve this problem in time

Can’t edit anything in my profile, tried to chat online to resolve the issue and nobody’s responding. Can’t log mileage on the app you have to do it in person at a HD dealer. The only useful thing is the ability to look up overpriced parts

HD ride planner needs updating. Tried sending input, but there email does not work. Still waiting for update for the miles to go to next turn on the ride planner.

I am unable to link my H.O.G. membership in the app. I am able to navigate to the right spot and type in my account number, but the next button doesn’t work. Please fix this so I can link my account!

iPhone app is great, though I’d like to see an iPad version … we should be able to plan a ride or do whatever else we can with the iPhone app in an iPad version … I get there’s certain features that wouldn’t/shouldn’t be on the iPad one

My route tracker is not working correctly after the latest update a couple days ago. It finishes rides randomly now, and often shows my ride as a straight line from start to finish. Prior to the latest update, it was working great.

Terrible experience on an iPad.

Using this app used to be simple. Now I can’t search products without it going back to another page and doing all kinds of weird stuff. SMH

Worst gps system I’ve had to use. It Totally hijacks my music apps and is terrible at updating routes. It becomes a hazard now that I’m looking at my bike screen in confusion because my directions are not reliable.
