God forbid you stop to fill up on gas. This stupid application will reroute you to your final destination. It will forget forget where you are. Get confused and send you home. At the price we pay for the bikes this wan-a-be application is an insult.

It’s pretty much unusable.

Randomly stops recording rides. Other apps keep the same useful stats but don't crash and/or stop recording for no reason. Junk. Deleting.

I got my bike in March. The app has told me that I need a update since then. I have been two two HD dealers and both up dated the bike to the most current soft/firm ware. One even hooked his phone up to my bike… same issue then to a brand new 2023 Sportster S on the showroom floor. Same problem. I have updated my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app countless time as HD tech support has directed me. Same issue. Long story short if you get this app you will always think something is not quite right with you bike. I have tried using the navigation… one time it took me to a gas station that has been closed for a year thank god some random gave me enough gas to get to the next station. Also well using it in a big city Toronto. The icon was moving away (literally going backwards) from where it wanted me to turn (also totally incorrect and the wrong direction of travel) well counting up to the turn: .6km, .7km, .8km, .9km. I eventually opened Wayz to get to where I had to be. And I have contacted app support and left feed back for all of this.

Great ride. Very powerful with M 8, 114! Great improvement over my previous 2010 Heritage Classic’! Love the Rawhide paint scheme!

App won’t allow me to log in or reset password. Can’t access my account through the app

Website won’t recognize my password. If I try to “forgot my password”, then try to “Reset password “ from link in email, a H-D page opens but has nothing to reset.

I’m excited to see HD continuing to update this app. When I first purchased my Sportster S, the navigation sucked and now it’s usable. I hope HD continues to improve this app, so far they’re doing a good job!
