I left an honest review with the issues I was having. I received a response to contact the support team via email so I did and no response. Looks like the support team is as useful as this app. Not at all

Tried to connect with and without Bluetooth, wired unwired I have a 2022 RGS with Rockford fosgate stage 2 … Doesn’t work at all !! Complete garbage app what’s the sense to download it ! Not reliable app…

New 2022 RGS with Rockford system, will not connect/find my bike. Tried connecting via USB, no go, tried Bluetooth, no go. Removed my phone from my bike (bluetooth) and tried wired and bluetooth again…no go. Never finds the bike, doesn't matter if connected bluetooth or wired usb. Just delete/don’t bother with download, complete garbage app…Harley don’t associate with this junk it hurts your brand.

I've read through the reviews because I too am trying to connect the expensive speakers to my bike and it's the same issue with the pin everyone else seems to be having. The same canned response from Rockford "please email us" blah blah blah. Hey Rockford, if you're reading these reviews stop telling people to email you and answer with a solution so that other riders can troubleshoot on their own without having to call Harley or Rockford and talk to a tech that doesn't know what they're doing. What an absolute shame!

I have a 2024 road glide with Rockford Fosgate stage 2 amp and speakers with the skyline OS, when I try to connect this app to my bike it just searches and doesn’t find my bike, waste of time

Terrible app, don’t waste your time. When I installed a stage 2 Rockford amp and speakers on my 23 RG it would not link up or even allow any sound. I was forced to take it to the dealer and pay for a flash. I just added the bag speakers tonight and guess what.. nothing works! no sound! So I get to pay for another flash because this worthless app won’t do what it’s designed for!!

It works just fine. Simple adjustments but needs to be able to switch to Fahrenheit for users that don’t typically us Celsius.

There is nothing more frustrating than being convinced to upgrade my Harley system to the latest and greatest sound system, “and it has an app that lets you adjust your speaker sound”. A couple of thousand dollars later and the app downloaded it connected once. Now it keeps telling me it can’t connect. Doesn’t ask for a pin. I reloaded the app. Now it can’t find my bike. Very frustrating. If I had to do it all over again I would pass. I shouldn’t need a cheap app to make my system sound good.

Doesn’t consistently connect to my amplifier. I can manually connect it and it will loose the connection. Will sometimes randomly connect and disconnect. Very frustrating. Paid a lot of money for a motorcycle and sound system doesn’t work without this app. The only way to hear the sound consistently is to try to raise and lower the volume with my phone’s volume buttons which can be hard to do.

I installed the primary amp, the rear speakers had it flashed but won’t find the dongle. Not sure whacking on there is almost no support I could find. I’ll change this review if I am wrong .
