It would be great to be able to login in order to integrate your reward card number and barcode into the app! That would make the app complete.

Poorly designed- half of the time the app doesn’t work, taking too long to load, very disappointed

Glitchy app

The app has great features and it is pretty straightforward. You can visualise your points and cash balance immediately, and your benefits. You can do your shopping easily by applying the super-effective filters and know everything about Harrods. It's a beautiful means to have access to this sublime store. I do recommend everyone to download it.

Love the new app, it’s really easy to navigate!

I can’t seem to access my Harrods account. It takes my credentials and then doesn’t do anything. Very frustrating

Good app and range of products once it lets you login. The app used to always kick me out and I had to log in over and over again. But now it won’t even let me log in, my credentials are correct and I enter the verification code but it still doesn’t log me in. Would be better if the developers could figure out the login issue. There’s a box to check if you want to remain logged in and it still kicks me out. In the age of face logins, it’s annoying that I have to keep typing my info and still be kicked out. No point bec I only end up browsing, can’t shop and can’t save wishlist. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and emailing their support team but no use.
