First order
When you try to make your first order they make it impossible to purchace because they don’t trust your payement. So first they cancel your order. When you contact customercare their answer is that you have to contact your bank, creditcard, paypal, whatever. I did this. Nobody knew where this was about so I contacted customerservice again and then the circus starts all over. Don’t feel very welcome to buy. They also offer a discount for your first order but this code doesn’t work. Maybe because they don’t want you to…

At first the app doesnt work for a few Days in the Netherlands, and when i would like to order Some shoes the 20% discount is over . Dont know of its your foult ore the provider. Greetings

I always was quite happy with ‘mr. Porter’. Since a few months wish list does not show up anymore. Customer care connot properly help. For me the app is useless now.
