Really enjoying this game don’t know if you knew this but the books are slightly different then the Hollywood version of this series

If you open any other app while you are in the middle of a level, it will automatically boot you out of that level when you reopen the app again. There are many other technical issues, such as gem combos not spawning power ups when they should, trophies not counting correctly, people randomly being removed from clubs. If everything worked as it should, it would be a much more enjoyable game. But it is clear that these developers have no interest in tackling the problems that the game portrays on a daily basis.

Guess what still not unlocked Puffskein! Incredibly bad update, which levels all the creatures to basically the same, after years of playing to get the creatures to higher levels? What? Taking away some of their abilities like the Crup had? Why? Because new players couldn’t learn the skills it takes to play like we had to? Please stop with the bad updates, listen to your long time players. They are the ones who spend the money in App. Been playing for three years and I’m done. Maybe you should send out another survey and see what the long time players think of your proposed updates before you update. Read the recent reviews Zynga! Check Facebook as well. You are losing players. Adults love this game or did love it and we are the ones with the cash to spend, not the kids. Think about it! Fix this game! Update: Puffskein earned more than a year ago, still locked? Blue chests are not sending any update points for unlock, stuck at 57! Contacted support, no help, except to tell about the blue gem chests, which of course I already knew about, there is definitely some kind of glitch, with the blue chest rewards, I would like to see this fixed as it takes a lot of work to acquire a new creature and then never be able to use it? Also updating unlocked creatures takes way too long! Update 7-15-2023 Bring back the ability to use creature abilities in Quidditch, eg; Auguery with four keys to start, Quidditch is /was too hard already and you made it harder? Stop having the keys explode bombs and severing surges for us, we do t need that! Also why are we in legends so much? Journey puzzles only lasted two days this week and last week! Please fix these things. Update, So now the Yule Ball is not showing up for all players. Not fair and not necessary. Please fix these glitches that see to happen after reset. No resolution from Zynga support yet. Please bring back the albums and creatures, there has not been a release for many months! Now the watch a video get three more turns is gone! Why are you doing this? May need to delete this game if this is not fixed. Also too many cheaters! Our club doesn’t even try for the champions arena because of them, and need better rewards! Update: can we please have an option to pause unlimited play when we win 8 hours from the vault? No option to choose when to use this ? Either play now or lose it. Or maybe we could choose when to open the vault? Please fix.

I checked with my club mates. They have numbers on there creature meter. Creature appears on daily club puzzle and other puzzles as well but not in mine. I don’t get extra trophies for using featured creature. Support is not helpful at all. My player stats is also wrong. I just love this game and being part of the club. So I am not deleting it. But it’s very frustrating.

There are a couple issues in this game that need to be resolved. Computer freezes during game or slows down completely into slow motion. I have lost bombs and lightning bolts…They just disappear from the game board without being activated. Also, after watching advertisements several times, rewards are not received. Very frustrating!!

I love this game, have been playing it for years. Developers take into account the feedback of the players and I love that. So can we please bring back the daily free coins. I would sign in every day just to collect and it made it more enticing to play that day. Or at least give coins with completing the daily puzzles.

Maze event shouldn’t be this hard. With barely any moves.. just baiting to spend money

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to move to the next puzzles. Why doesn’t this app let you move to next puzzle ?? The game is becoming dull, despite the fact that the “special effects “ and “sound bytes “ are good. Let us move to next puzzle. And, no more puzzles that include 2 puzzles. NOW —- the latest problem is that this app doesn’t give credit for winning a puzzle ( “ VICTORY “ ) in “ Ministry Mayhem “ and “ Broom Races “, etc !!! That’s a lousy way to retain players and give us incentives !!! Fix my scores IMMEDIATELY !!!! This is bad Public Relations !!! Please reply to my problems / complaints !!! I lowered my Rating and recommendation to other players - until you address my issues.

It’s very frustrating to lose your win streak and bonuses just because the game crashes. Other games I play keep your board as it is when this happens. Not this game though - you’ll lose everything you’ve been working for.

When the Phoenix is your creature you receive a charmed bag after beating your current level. You’ve taken that away for whatever STUPID reason you came up with. As if the game wasn’t hard enough, you’ve also made the super charmed bags useless when you can’t even make five in a row. We have to beat THREE levels in a row in order to receive a charmed bag and TEN levels to get a super charmed bag. You’ve made it almost impossible to use a super charmed bag when the odds don’t match up. You’ve made a lot of good changes to the game but undo that specific change. Please. Give the charmed bags back after beating a level while the Phoenix is your current creature.
