Your company is at least a listed company. Why not spend some money to find a more professional company to make a decent program? This program feels like it just directly transports you to a webpage.

Can’t log in to the account what so ever, keep asking to create a new account, why you guys can’t upgrade the app??

Outage map did not work during my outage. Directed me to social media app to get more info.

Horrible app. Another electric company needs to come to Hawai’i and break up this company’s monopoly on electricity.

This is the worst app ever!!! My username and password ARE correct when I enter them, but every time comes back with “ incorrect username or password “ I’m done with this junk. Deleted.

This has got to be the Worst App of all time. Logging in is never possible, and why doesn’t Hawaiian Electric improve on its errors? The purpose for this app is to assist their paying customers to access their account which the developers have made impossible. Fix it or don’t offer it.
