Using the app to claim with Hbf is so simple, such a huge improvement from previous methods. It’s rare to have such a user-friendly device and app

I had the most wonderful chat with a lovely lady over the phone and I wish I knew her name!! She was so kind and explained everything in detail and so helpful and patient with me. I usually dread calling people but it was an absolute pleasure chatting with her 🫶

It is the rebates for extras that matter - the extra treatments, such as remedial massage and small medical accessories that keep me strong and away from hospital

Fabulous but would be even better if we could turn off and on the gapsaver from the app ourselves !

My first time trying the HBF app to lodge a claim. Took me about one and a half minutes because I had to print out my emails invoice. Other than that it would have taken me less than 60seconds! Love it!

App hasn’t worked for a couple of months now. Uninstalled, reinstalled, same issue.
