En rigtig god app, fordi: Den skaber et godt overblik over din “rejse” Den har flere (mange) guidede meditationer Den støtter dig til at lære at være mindfull i dine daglige gøremål Alle sektionerne er korte og overkommelige, så man ikke føler et tidspres Især fordi jeg ikke skal sætte 1/2 - 1 time af til meditation pr gang, men kan gå til det 5-10 minutter flere gange om dagen, når det passer mig.

Den her app er bedre end mange af de meditations app jeg har betalt for også er den ovenikøbet gratis. Klart en anbefaling her fra, især hvis du er helt ny eller kun lidt øvet er den rigtig god til at hjælpe dig godt igang. ❤️❤️❤️

Love the program, but...

A slight but annoying bug about this app. Everytime I finish an exercise, it shows as completed. For about 4 seconds. Then it changes from being complete to being incomplete, so it's not saving my progress. To save my progress, the only thing I can do is to do the exercise again as a 5 min, fast forward through the entire thing, and once it is completed, I need to start the next exercise within 4 seconds, before the status changes again from complete to incomplete... Please fix this, because it's a stressful factor for an app that's supposed to help with mindfulness, and I would like for the progress to be saved without a 4 second time limit. Unless it's a stress test, which I have then failed ;)

Attempting to meditate without a guide such as this app is like winning a shopping spree but you forgot the special bag. All the benefits of meditation and brain taming is more attainable when specifically honing skills. Thank you👏👏👏

Inspiring, educational

I love this app. The best one I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a bunch). It’s linear, so lessons build on each other. The explanations serve as inspiration and understanding the science is motivating. The medications put the science into action. I love hearing from the scientists directly. I like being able to choose from a variety of meditation voices. Bravo!
