Unable to get into banking site using this app .Attempted multiple times no success.

It doesn’t work!
Just as the title says. I cannot log in. Just hangs in the loading spinner and never logs me in. Useless.
So slow
Coming from Co-operative, this app takes ages to load.
Not working
This app is unreliable. Just when you need it, it doesn’t work!
No face id login
Why isn’t this working? Says it is not available on my iphone 14 but every other app works fine.
I just want to know
Is it me , my phone ? This Ap constantly freezes. The bank is very cool not so good on the AP though
Great idea poor execution
According to the app I have no loans even my current one is closed. Not sure if the back end is actually speaking with the customer face of the app. Do better guys, I’ve even told you about it with no fix to date.
Can’t alter interest payment
I like the app. I find getting statements clunky. Biggest issue is I can’t see how to alter interest payments from being dropped back into the account. Eg 90 day account interest can’t go into call account.
Such a hassle to log in
Face ID doesn’t work. Forgot my pin long ago and it won’t let me reset it so each time
Set up face id
Wow that was quick simple easy instructions Impressed. I am 73 and have problems driving details on my cell ph but nice and easy for this old duck Cheers. Wouldn't mind a credit card so l can deposit or transfer funds into my act as well as spend using a card. What would be the best act for me to use getting the best interest Thanx Carol
