Dislike the very dark blue - it’s ugly. Font is ugly and hard to read, hard on the eyes, even when changing to large size text or black background which is a lot worse. The choice of font is particularly bad in bold. Also Settings/Delete Account box is chopped off at the bottom on my iPad on Portrait view.

You have made the app impossible to use. When you text the number it’s not there long enough to find a pen and write it down Very user unfriendly

The new icon is very good. I’m enjoying more flexibility but id like to personalise the pictures rather than have the standard NZ pics Most importantly however I’d like to see running balances so you can clearly see changes after each transaction. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

I just open app and it goes to screen with your logo and stays there. Sadly cannot use

Terrible app. Has lost the ability to show any transactions prior to 5 Nov 23. Says you cannot view or export transactions, or generate a statement. Says you can view older statements but when you follow the link they are not there. Cannot complete year end accounts without this information - so a MAJOR flaw in the app

All my info correct first time, log in easy, happy.

Keep getting sorry something went wrong message. Face ID not working or PIN number. This is using an iPad Pro, it works on the iPhone though.

This app is useless - all it does is looaaaddd. Wheel of death. I just wanted to see how my payments were going instead I waited 5 minutes and it still didn’t load. Better to go on google and it’s there in seconds.
